Designed with ambitions beyond fulfilling corporate responsibility goals, the PepsiCo Re-Inventing Recycling Program aimed to imagine the future of recycling— not just within PepsiCo, but to across the US. Leveraging intelligence from DuPuis strategists and designers, Northwestern Kellogg School of Management students, and Desert Research Institute environmental experts, the program resulted in nearly 20 recommended action paths, and a clear line of sight to fulfilling Pepsi’s vision of a recycling chain that works for their business, international markets, and the planet.
