Pop Works & Co. was conceived to make fun, unexpected, delicious & premium popcorn snacks that are get-together worthy, all while pioneering a new e-commerce snack channel for Frito Lay. Working with the their insights and innovation teams, we collaborated with young adults who were getting their lives in gear post-college to understand their new needs. Our goal was to develop a brand and an offering that uniquely fit that lifestage. The resulting Pop Works program won Frito Lay’s Innovation of the Year Award in 2016 and has led to other disruptive go-to-market platforms.
