They are responsible for generating and refining the ideas that make up the backbone of each project, while also supporting a larger team. Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of design experience

• Well-skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator

• 3-D animation and web design knowledge a plus

• Highly Collaborative

• Proactive and Solutions-driven

• Must be Chicago-based

The ideal candidate will be:

• Very passionate about typography and brand design

• Excited to partner with our strategy team to create work that is both visually stunning & strategically sensible

• A great thinker and curious innovator

• Able to consistently hit objectives as well as deliver dynamic, inspired ideas to solve problems

• Responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions through completion

• A true team player with a consistent focus on client and co-worker empathy

• Tackle a variety of projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment

• Experience working for branding, package design, or strategic design agency a plus.

Details:

• Receive hands on training with current client needs while also tackling internal initiatives

• Work directly with a mid-level staffer as well as director of the department

• Participate in client meetings, photoshoots and internal discussions
