As an award-winning commercial-interiors service provider in some of the fastest growing cities in the United States, PMC Commercial Interiors has experienced significant growth in terms of market expansion and service proliferation. The company recognized an opportunity to fully develop and competitively position the brand to enhance their customer experience and build long-term equity in PMC.

Action Taken

DuPuis partnered with PMC Commercial Interiors to develop a strategic brand blueprint to achieve their objectives. We conducted BondFire research with key stakeholders and target audiences to understand the competitive landscape.  With these insights, we identified relevant positioning territories and ultimately crafted a compelling brand positioning, voice and story.
