Challenge

To modernize DFA’s regional dairy brands for the protein era by introducing high-protein, real dairy offerings for today’s active families without compromising the local heritage, warmth, and trust that define each brand.

Action Taken

As long-term stewards of DFA’s regional portfolios, DuPuis partnered closely with DFA to authentically evolve each brand’s design system. We integrated a clear, modern high-protein platform into existing visual equities to ensure the innovation felt like a natural extension of trusted local milk, not a departure from it. The result was a cohesive yet regionally tailored approach that strengthened shelf presence while protecting brand integrity.
